*****When checking for the results of your child’s work, look in their student school email. Click on the email from the teacher that shows the released paper. When it comes up, it will show their score. You will see the word “view” in small print. Click on it. It will bring their paper up with comments.

Pay close attention to when assignments are due in each class.
Also, check the specials on the day your child would attend them (the specials’ schedule is on the white schedule in the blue binder behind the yellow schedule).
Reading: Story: The Dinosaurs of Waterhouse Hawkins

Vocabulary: occasion, erected, tidied, mold, workshop, foundations, proportion
Reading test will be on Thursday.
Language Arts (English): Skipping some chapters and going to chapter 8: Punctuation
The students have been doing a lot of writing projects. I want to cover the chapter on punctuation
to help with their writings.
As always, the students should study the newly learned skill from that day and then review past lessons of the
chapter we are working on. This is a good study skill for them to be ready for quizzes and tests.

Science: Monday we will be discussing the responses to your December 21-23 assignments.
Tuesday we will begin Chapter 1 Lesson 1 The Structure of Matter.
Religion: Monday we will be sharing your journal thoughts based on the December 21-23 assignments.
Tuesday we will continue working on The Celebration of the Eucharist. Because of e-learning, I will need to make daily decisions about assignments. I anticipate a Chapter quiz Thursday or Friday.
As you shop, please continue to look for some alcohol based (60% or higher) hand sanitizer in pump bottles, disposable gloves (large), disinfectant wipes, and Lysol disinfectant spray to send in for our classrooms. Thank you!
