Note from the Teacher
Hello everyone! It’s been a fun week of pumpkins and Halloween. Our trip to the Farmer’s Market was wonderful. The students loved picking their own pumpkins. Thank you to the parents that were able to attend with us.
We’ve had lots of fun in the Costume Shop in our dramatic play area. We made paper plate jack-o-lanterns, carved a pumpkin, and measured how many pumpkins tall we are.

Learning Focus
We have been learning about pumpkins. We investigated the inside of a pumpkin. We counted seeds and labeled parts of the pumpkin.
