Theme/ Letter-Bugs and Summer & Yy and Zz. Our Pirate Ship will remain in the classroom so that we can travel to various islands and find the many species of bugs throughout the world! We will learn about bug life cycles and whether they hop, climb or fly. Hopefully our butterflies will be ready for release by the last week of school! Our sunflower plants we will grow may be transplanted directly into the ground. The pot is biodegradable.
ABC Pre-K Memory Book-This special keepsake will come home our last week. As you page through the book, you will be impressed how printing, cutting, letter recognition and crafting skills have improved. You will also be amazed as you see the depth of knowledge from the content of our themes revealed in our many projects from this year! Please continue to read aloud to your child this summer and work on letter sounds and formations.

Math-Please continue to count to 100 and practice printing the numerals 1-10 during the summer.
